    • After 24 hours or once the listing is activated, no cancellation will be allowed, and the purchase will be considered final.
  2. Advertisement Services:

    • Advertisements can be canceled before they go live on the platform. After an advertisement is published, cancellations are not permitted.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility:

    • Refunds are applicable only for services that have been canceled within the allowable cancellation window, as outlined above.
    • Refunds are not applicable for services that have been fully rendered or once a listing or advertisement is live on the platform.
  2. Processing:

    • Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed and approved by our team.
    • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  3. Exceptions:

    • No refunds will be issued for any user error, including but not limited to incorrect listing details or failure to use purchased services.
    • Motormela.in reserves the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of misuse of the service or violation of the platform’s terms and conditions.
