4. Listing Vehicles

  • Vehicle Listings: Users may list new or used vehicles for sale or trade. Each listing must include accurate information regarding the vehicle, including make, model, year, mileage, condition, and price. Misleading or false information is prohibited.
  • Photos and Content: Users are encouraged to upload clear and accurate photos of their vehicles. You agree that any content you upload to MotorMela, including photos and descriptions, does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Listing Fees: MotorMela offers free and paid listing options. Paid listings may offer enhanced visibility and features. All listing fees are non-refundable.

5. Prohibited Activities

By using MotorMela, you agree not to:

  • Post any false, inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory content.
  • List stolen or illegal vehicles.
  • Engage in any fraudulent activity, including impersonating another person or misrepresenting the ownership of a vehicle.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purposes or to distribute harmful software (e.g., viruses, malware).
  • Collect or use the personal data of other users without their consent.

6. Transactions

  • MotorMela's Role: MotorMela acts as a classifieds platform and does not participate in transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not verify vehicle listings, conduct inspections, or guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users.
  • Buyer and Seller Responsibilities: Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity, legality, and condition of the vehicles involved in any transaction. Both parties should ensure that payment methods and vehicle transfers are secure.
  • No Warranty: MotorMela makes no warranties, express or implied, about the condition, quality, or legality of vehicles listed on the platform. All transactions are at the user's own risk.

7. Payments and Fees

  • Listing Fees: MotorMela offers both free and premium ad listing options. Premium listings may require a one-time or recurring payment, depending on the selected package.
  • Payment Processing: MotorMela may use third-party payment processors for transactions involving listing fees. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from these third-party services, including errors, delays, or unauthorized transactions.

8. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected during registration or usage of the platform will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on MotorMela, including the website design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to MotorMela and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the platform without our express written permission.
  • User Content: By uploading content to MotorMela, including vehicle listings and photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute this content for the purposes of operating the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Platform Availability: MotorMela does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may experience downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from the unavailability of the platform.
  • User Conduct: MotorMela is not responsible for the actions of users, including fraudulent behavior or misrepresentation of vehicle listings. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • No Liability for Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotorMela disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Modifications to Terms

12. Termination
